Shipping Info: If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. Keepers Brew & Hard Road Touring have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes / duties that may be applicable to your order. You will be the importer and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be payable.

Royal Mail will consider a UK package lost after 15 working days have passed from the day it was shipped to you. International packages will be considered lost after 25 working days have passed. Please contact us via greyum_may@mac.com if this time has lapsed.
Return Policy: We will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us via greyum_may@mac.com and we will promptly get back to you. We will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
